Mortgage Transactions:		Appraisal of residential property for purchases, refinance, or home equity line of credit. FHA Approved.

Date of Death:		Appraisal of residential property for Federal Estate Tax Returns and Step-Up in Basis. Services can also include a Partial Interest valuation.

Litigation Support:		Written reports, oral reports, phased assignments for litigation involving construction defects, disclosure issues, diminution in value, and other problems.

REO or pre-REO:		For lenders only: drive-by or full appraisals using client guidelines specific to the property. Valuations can be "as is," and/or "as repaired," with normal marketing time and/or quick sale guidelines.

Expert Witness:		Mr. Lederer has been qualified as an expert witness in the Superior Court of Contra Costa County and in Federal Bankruptcy Court. He has performed several assignments as a court appointed Joint Expert.
