Steve appraises residential property in Contra Costa County and Alameda County for mortgage transactions, family law matters, litigation support, trust valuation, estate tax purposes and corporate relocation.

He also provides consulting services for attorneys, Realtors and homeowners.

Since 1977, Steve Lederer has performed more than 13,000 valuations in the East Bay area of Northern California. He is a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Steve is FHA-approved.

Mr. Lederer received his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and has attended several hundred hours of appraisal seminars and workshops through the Appraisal Institute.

In 1988 he received the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute and has since made several presentations at various Institute programs. Steve also served on the Board of Directors for the local chapter of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers, and was a member of the SRA Experience Credits Committee for many years.

Although his professional practice is devoted to appraisal and consulting, Mr. Lederer has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in California for 20 years.
